A domain name isn't bought outright: it's rented, in periods of at least a year. Here's how to register one with Artaun.
Check availability
From the site's domain search bar, enter the name you want. The result tells you whether it's free (you can register it) or already taken (you can request a transfer if you're the holder elsewhere).
The first-year price and the renewal price are shown side by side: always read the second one — it's what you'll pay each following year.
Register
- Choose the free domain and add it to the cart.
- Select the registration term (one year by default).
- Enter the holder's contact details — they're mandatory and must be accurate.
- Confirm the order.
The domain is active within minutes to a few hours, while the registration propagates.

Renewal and expiry
A domain must be renewed before its expiry date. Enable automatic renewal and note the date: an expired domain can only be recovered for a short window, often for a fee, and may be bought by someone else.
