We apply the minimisation principle and collect only what is necessary:

• Identity: surname, first name, email address, postal address;
• Billing: transaction history, through our payment providers;
• Technical: IP address, connection logs, diagnostic metadata.

03Purposes of processing

Your data is used solely to activate services, provide technical support, prevent fraud and meet our accounting obligations.

04Retention and sharing

Data is kept for the duration of the contract, then archived according to legal obligations (ten years for billing). We never sell your data. It is shared only with essential providers (payment, registrar) or upon judicial request.

05Security and responsibility

Artaun Hosting does not access the content stored on your servers. You remain the controller for any personal data you host and are responsible for securing your access credentials.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• access to and rectification of your data;
• erasure, subject to legal retention obligations;
• portability, in a structured and readable format;
• restriction of processing;
