Reaching the panel
Go to the Pterodactyl panel URL supplied in the welcome email sent when your service was activated. Sign in with the credentials created automatically at order time.
Forgotten panel password
If you've lost your panel password (different from your Artaun Hosting password), use the reset from the panel's own login page — it works independently of the client-area password.
What you see once signed in
After signing in, the dashboard lists every server your account can reach:
- the servers you ordered yourself;
- the servers another user added you to as a sub-user.
Click a server to reach its console, files, databases and settings.
Securing panel access
The Pterodactyl panel gives full access to your servers' configuration and files. Use a password distinct from your Artaun Hosting one, and avoid sharing it even with trusted players — prefer creating a sub-user with limited permissions (see the dedicated sub-users article).
