Adding a card or payment method
Go to the Payment methods section of Artaun Hosting to add a bank card or another available method (depending on the enabled integrations: transfer, online wallet, etc., by region).
Card details are never stored directly by Artaun Hosting: they pass through the payment provider, which returns a secure token reusable for automatic renewals.
Setting a default payment method
If several methods are saved, one is marked default: that's the one used automatically to renew your active services, unless stated otherwise at order time.
Automatic renewal
Each active service (VPS, hosting, game server) is tied to a billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual). Payment triggers automatically a few days before the due date on the default method. You can disable automatic renewal for a specific service from its detail page, if you prefer to pay invoice by invoice.
Removing a payment method
A method tied to an active service with automatic renewal can't be removed while it's the only one on the account — add a replacement first, or disable automatic renewal for the service concerned.
