Ordering a service

Steps to order an Artaun service from the store, choose a billing cycle and track provisioning.

Updated

Choosing a service

From the Artaun store, browse the categories (Linux VPS, Windows VPS, Pterodactyl VPS, web hosting, game servers) and pick the plan that fits your needs. Each plan shows its technical specs (CPU, RAM, storage) right on the product page.

Billing cycle

When adding a product to the cart, choose the billing cycle: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, depending on the plan. A longer commitment usually unlocks a discount shown directly in the cart.

Finalising the order

  1. Check the cart summary (product, cycle, total price).
  2. Enter or confirm your payment method.
  3. Validate the order.

Depending on the payment method, payment may be immediate (card) or need external confirmation (some online wallets).

After payment: provisioning

Once payment is confirmed, the service is provisioned automatically — usually within minutes for a VPS or Pterodactyl server, a little longer for web hosting with DNS setup. You get an email with the access details as soon as it's ready: credentials for the relevant panel (Pterodactyl, Plesk, or direct SSH/RDP access for a bare VPS).

Tracking your active services

The My services section of Artaun Hosting lists all your active services, with direct access to the matching panel, the linked billing and the management options (renewal, cancellation, upgrade).
