Where to edit your information
From the Profile section of Artaun Hosting, you can update:
- your first and last name;
- your postal address and billing address (they can differ);
- your phone number;
- your preferred display language for the client area.
Why keep it current
An incorrect billing address can cause problems in a dispute with your bank or payment method: the account details must match those used for payment, especially during anti-fraud checks.
An up-to-date phone number also makes identity verification easier if support has a doubt about a sensitive request (payment method change, refund request, suspicious access report).
Billing address vs account address
The billing address appears on your official invoices — useful if you then invoice a client or need proof for your accounting. It can be a business address even if the rest of the account uses your personal details.
Changing email address
Changing your email address (your login) is done from the same section, but requires re-verification by email before it takes effect — the old address stays active until the new one is confirmed, to avoid losing account access on a typo.
