Where to find your invoices
The Billing section of Artaun Hosting lists all your invoices, sorted by date, with their status: paid, pending or unpaid.
Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF — useful if you need proof for your personal or business accounting.
Reading an invoice
An invoice usually includes:
- the service(s) concerned, with their billing period;
- the pre-tax amount and the tax amount where applicable, depending on your billing country;
- the payment method used and the settlement date;
- a unique invoice number, to quote if you contact support about it.
Pending or unpaid invoice
A pending invoice is a renewal whose due date is near but not yet charged. An unpaid invoice means the automatic charge failed (expired card, limit reached, bank refusal): the service stays active during a grace period, shown on the invoice, before suspension.
Editing an already-issued invoice
An issued invoice can't be changed after the fact (standard accounting rule). If a billing detail was wrong (address, VAT number), correct your profile for future invoices and contact support if you need a credit note or corrected invoice for a past one.
