Signing in to Artaun Hosting

How to sign in to your Artaun Hosting client area, manage 2FA and avoid account lockouts after repeated failures.

Updated

Signing in normally

On the Artaun Hosting login page, enter the email address and password you chose at sign-up. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, an additional temporary code is requested right after the password.

After repeated failures

For security reasons, Artaun Hosting temporarily locks an account after several failed sign-in attempts. That's brute-force protection, not a bug.

Staying signed in vs signing out

On a shared or public computer, always sign out at the end of your session — the client area gives access to your saved payment methods and your services. On your own hardware you can leave the session active: it expires automatically after a long period of inactivity.

Signing in from several devices

Nothing prevents being signed in on your computer and your phone at the same time. A password change, however, invalidates all active sessions: you'll have to sign in again everywhere, including on integrations linked to your account (the Discord bot, for instance).

Forgotten password

See the dedicated article on resetting your password if you can no longer sign in.
